upscale Manhattan hotel.

Nothing creatively challenges a floorcovering professional quite like renovating an old space back to its original luster. The Highline Hotel was a dated property that the Brodsky Organization breathed new life back into. With Shehadi as a trusted partner, the highly competent executive team at The Brodsky Organization entrusted them with delivering a myriad of new finishes that maintained the old world feel of the hotel.

Custom stained/field finished wood flooring in the guest-rooms, hand broken custom mosaic tiles in the common areas, high-end broadloom carpet in the corridors, and a very regal hand-finishing of the beautiful wood floors and wainscot at the Refectory Function Space, were all ingredients in the recipe to bring this gorgeous space back to life.
