Anyone that knows good food in NYC knows Missy Robbins. Her commitment to her craft motivated us to elevate our game and outfit her restaurant with the utmost care and professionalism. In awe of Missy’s talent and attention to detail, we were inspired to treat our work as craftsmen rather than tradesmen. Custom fired white brick imported from a small village in Italy clads the walls. Hexagon encaustic pavers highlight the floors. Clean white subway tile keeps the kitchen looking sterile and keeps the focus on the bustling staff. All of which serve as a worthy backdrop for the beautiful dishes that are whisked to tables nightly at this Williamsburg hotspot.
