A luxury multi-family high-rise designed
on a tight schedule and budget

One South First St is a large multi-family high-rise and commercial building adorning the Williamsburg waterfront as part of the Domino Park Development. Shehadi Commercial Flooring was entrusted with the installation of virtually all the finished flooring in this building. 230k sf of self-leveling and apartment wood flooring? Check. All the floor tile, shower tile, and wall/shower surrounds in the entire building? Check. Cladding floors and full height walls (and mitering corners) with thin veneer porcelain panels? Check. Custom wood flooring in the amenity lounges? Check. Custom imported fluted wallcovering molded tiles from Italy? Check. Custom colored wall brick at the lounge spaces? Check. Waterjet cut custom logos in the bike room areas? Check.

We aren’t quite sure how we pulled it off on schedule and on-budget either, but we at Shehadi Commercial Flooring consider ourselves lucky to have been a part of this amazing build.
